1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the sumoqq website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible via https://sumoqq.cam and any subdomains.
• "We," "us," "our," and "sumoqq" refer to the operator of the Platform.
• "You," "your," and "User" refer to any person accessing or using the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account you create to access our services.
• "Funds" refers to the monetary balance held in your Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Games" refers to all betting, gaming, and gambling products available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, and traditional Indonesian games such as togel (numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting).
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by sumoqq subject to specific terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Games on the sumoqq Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the sumoqq Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (the legal gambling age in Indonesia).
• Be a resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• Not be self-excluded or banned from gambling activities on this or any other platform.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Creation

You may register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts opened by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and may be closed without notice. All Accounts must be registered in your own legal name. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person or entity.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to use the Platform. While sumoqq operates under international licensing and serves Indonesian customers, users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

sumoqq accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or using stolen payment credentials are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallet accounts registered in your own name and verified through our KYC process. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified on the withdrawal page.

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours during business days, though this may be extended during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or for enhanced security reviews.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.

4.3 Payment Processing Fees

sumoqq does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end. We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Use of the Platform and Games

5.1 Fair Play

All Games on the sumoqq Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are clearly disclosed where applicable. We strictly prohibit any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or use of automated betting software (bots).

5.2 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction) or suspected fraud.

For sports betting, if an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to our sportsbook rules published on the Platform. For sabung ayam (cockfighting) and other live-streamed events, bets stand based on the official result declared by the arena.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

sumoqq is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you manage your gambling, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

sumoqq offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page at the time of offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other games may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each bonus's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we determine they have been claimed abusively, such as through creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or exploitative betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements. In cases of bonus abuse, we may void associated winnings and close the offending Account.

6.3 Promotional Terms

Each bonus has an expiry period, after which unclaimed bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. You may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support. Once opted out, you will not be eligible for future promotions unless you explicitly request to opt back in.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sumoqq Platform and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Using stolen payment methods or depositing funds that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing or abusing customer support staff or other users.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by sumoqq

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if we reasonably suspect violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any prohibited activity listed in Section 7. During an Account investigation, funds may be temporarily frozen pending resolution.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a specified period (minimum 1 month) or permanently by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, and we will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new Accounts. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

8.3 Account Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sumoqq Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of sumoqq or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sumoqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt service. In the event of technical errors that affect game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. sumoqq is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur while using the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account or any aspect of our services, please contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate it to our management team for formal review. We aim to provide a written response to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sumoqq is licensed to operate. While we serve Indonesian customers, our operations are conducted under international licensing frameworks.

Users acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and subject to interpretation. By using the sumoqq Platform, you confirm that you have sought independent legal advice if necessary and that you use the Platform at your own risk and discretion.
